“Communication and Decency Act” which the way the Congress got it passed protects the publisher of any online comments as freedom of speech.

Anyone can write or post anything on line about you, good or bad and it is protected by freedom of speech. They can ruin you or your reputation or business over night as we all know. And there is nothing you can do about it.

What is posted on the internet is there forever, even if you delete it on your computer, it is still out there. It can only be buried by knowledgeable “tekkies” at great cost as in Thousands and Thousands.

There are many sites such as RipOFF.com that allow anyone to post negative postings, there are 1.2 million negative postings per month.

Complaint Board .com comes out of Russia and has no American presence, remember it is a world wide web.
The volume of trashing is growing at an alarming rate. 43 % of students experience cyber-bullying!!
